Australian Interiors Ecommerce Brand
Scaling a 400+ product catalogue into measurable store growth.
Meta acquisition, catalogue campaigns and Shopify reporting connected ad activity with orders and revenue.
This anonymised Australian interiors retailer sells a wide catalogue with a longer purchase journey. I managed the Meta acquisition programme and used Shopify reporting to judge performance at store level.
A catalogue of more than 400 products made product discovery and budget allocation difficult. The work needed to create demand, bring shoppers back and show whether paid activity produced orders beyond the ad platform.
Strategic approach
- Split prospecting, catalogue and remarketing by purpose
- Use product behaviour to guide budget decisions
- Compare platform results with Shopify sales
- Refresh creative before performance declined
Execution
- Managed daily Meta campaign budgets
- Tested product and creative themes
- Tracked orders and revenue in Shopify
- Adjusted spend using purchase volume and return
