This anonymised Australian interiors retailer sells a wide catalogue with a longer purchase journey. I managed the Meta acquisition programme and used Shopify reporting to judge performance at store level.

A catalogue of more than 400 products made product discovery and budget allocation difficult. The work needed to create demand, bring shoppers back and show whether paid activity produced orders beyond the ad platform.
